1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LAM Transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These terms apply to all users of our services, including but not limited to passengers, corporate clients, and any other parties who engage with LAM Transportation.

2 Service Description

LAM Transportation provides professional ground transportation services, including:

• Airport transfers to and from major NYC-area airports (JFK, LGA, EWR, HPN)
• Point-to-point transportation within our service areas
• Corporate and business transportation services
• Medical appointment transportation (Medicaid/Medicare approved)
• Special event transportation
• Wheelchair accessible vehicle services

3 Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by LAM Transportation. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your booking
• Pay the quoted fare plus any applicable surcharges or tolls
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your travel plans

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved corporate accounts. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

4 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund, no cancellation fee
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 12 hours: Full fare charged
• No-show: Full fare charged plus a $25 no-show fee

5 Passenger Conduct

All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. The following are prohibited:

• Smoking or vaping in any vehicle
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior
• Transporting illegal items or substances
• Damaging or defacing the vehicle in any way

LAM Transportation reserves the right to terminate service immediately if any passenger violates these rules. In such cases, the passenger will be responsible for the full fare and any damages.

6 Limitation of Liability

LAM Transportation strives to provide safe and reliable service. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control
• Loss of personal belongings left in vehicles
• Missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount of the fare paid for the service in question. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers as required by law.

7 Changes to Terms

LAM Transportation reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

8 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Westchester County, New York.
