How do I book a ride?
You can book a ride through our website by clicking the "Book a Ride" button, calling our dispatch line, or using our mobile app. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for scheduled rides.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the base fare.
Do you offer hourly charter services?
Yes! We offer hourly chauffeur services with a 2-hour minimum. This is perfect for business meetings, city tours, or events where you need flexibility.

Pricing

How is the fare calculated?
Fares are calculated based on the vehicle type, distance, time, and any applicable surcharges (airport fees, late-night rates). You will receive an estimated fare before confirming your booking.
Do you charge extra for airport pickups?
Yes, there is a small airport access fee that varies by airport. This covers tolls, parking, and wait time for flight arrivals.
